The show, staged by Cia. A Roda, from Salvador/BA, brings an adaptation of Brazilian indigenous mythology, made by writer Myriam Fraga, and tells the story of a young man who is transformed into a bird to ascend to the skies and steal the flames from the Palace of the Sun. The staging uses shadow theater, an ancient animation genre that has one of the oldest traditions in China and is brought to life by the animators who make the big screen the stage for the adventures of the Japu Indian.
