3rd Community Dance

The students of Marist Solidarity Network rely on the Extended Journey to promote extracurricular projects aimed at better educational development, and thus, three years ago, the Community dance, Marist Educational Center (CEM) San Jose. The purpose of the event is to awaken the social identity of students and offer access to culture. Containing 13 performances prepared within the school unit, the repertoire is very eclectic and promises to range from traditionalist dances to the hottest Puerto Rican rhythm of the moment, reggaeton. The event has the participation of students of different age groups who participate in the Jornada Ampliada dance workshop, from the 1st year of elementary school to the 3rd year of high school. Finally, the show is due to the interaction of the community with the educational center. After the presentations, there is a class dance - for those interested. the educator Tuka Santos takes care of the Latin swing of the reggaeton and special guest Rodrigo Santos will work on the precise steps of urban dances.
