The captain of the Elite troop is tired and urgently needs to find a replacement for his post. He finds three suitors and begins training, with much confusion. In this period, he discovers that his wife is pregnant and is kidnapped by the most perverse and disturbed bandits: Ceará and Foguetinho. There the great confusion is armed, because some policemen are confused with the craziest bandits in the area, laughter is guaranteed.
