O 7th Florianópolis Dance Festival will bring dancers, groups, companies, schools and dance academies from all over Brazil, to compete for the Desterro Award. The total prize pool will be R$22 and will be divided between the winners in the best dancer, ballerina and choreographer categories, the winners of each dance genre, the highlight of the event and the grand champion. Classical ballet, classical repertoire ballet, contemporary dance, ballroom dance, popular dance, urban dance, jazz and tap can participate. Registration is open until June 15th and must be done on the website of Desterro Award.
