For six days, in nine sessions, 2.713 dancers will exhibit 253 choreographies of different genres at the 14th Children's Dance Exhibition in Florianópolis. These are record numbers in the history of the event, which has already received thousands of participants from seven Brazilian states. The works created by 74 choreographers will be presented by 87 groups, schools and academies from 13 cities in different regions of Santa Catarina.
This year, 139 ballet choreographies, 56 jazz, 37 freestyle, 16 urban dances, two popular dances, two tap dances and one ballroom dance will take to the stage, with 77 in the baby category (three to six years old), 131 in the children (seven to 11 years old) and 45 in children's (12 to 14 years old).
