The event takes place every last Saturday of the month, at Praça dos Namorados, downtown. The project is an event of Tango Ball in an open and public place, free of charge, that aims to integrate dance in a space of the city, which values the art and landscape of this place. In addition, “Milonga na Praça” aims to promote Tango Professional Artists, where they offer an introductory class to the event, in addition to being able to show and publicize their work. The event proposes the joining of other manifestations of public art, plastic arts, scenic arts, music and others that come to add creatively, for the evidence of cultural character for the city.
