A highlight of the presentations around the world, the public will have the opportunity to see two great works that are among the best in ballet: Don Quixote and Paquita. The first brings the narrative of the characters Kitri and Basilio, and has as its fundamental characteristic the Hispanic traits with their lively knights and spirited ladies, going completely contrary to the policy of their country of origin. The ballet version of Don Quixote not only proves the genius of Cervantes, but also of Marius Petipa, who demonstrates that you can do choreography that deviates a little from the norm. The renowned company brings 38 Ukrainians to the city, including dancers, direction, technique and production, who are highlighted with presentations around the world.
