The purpose of the concert musical mosaic is to establish a dialogue between the teaching and the practice of artistic activities, providing a vision of the activity carried out by the professors of the music department and valuing the production in solos and ensembles. In addition, the presentation aims to disseminate and share academic knowledge with the community.
this friday edition of Musical Mosaic – Concert by the Department of Music (DMU) da State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), the programs are diversified. As in previous editions, the concert seeks to include arrangements and compositions by the teachers of the DMU. This year, the program includes the premiere of the play Witchcraft n.3 de Acacio Piedade, in addition to the premiere of the Concerto for Piano with Four Hands and Chamber Orchestra by the composer Liduino Pitombeira.
