Three actors, with period costumes and stilts, tell the story of the disgusting old bachelor Isaías, who tries to win over the seamstress widow Inês through annexes (popular sayings and proverbs). Disillusioned with her ex-fiancé, who breaks the engagement by letter after finding another woman in a better financial situation, she decides to face the grumpy old man also because of the money. In order for Isaías to win Inês' hand, he is challenged not to speak Anexins for half an hour. The story is sewn by the track master, a role created to open and close the piece, make the sound design and scenic counter-recording.
