The show Circus S/A was created in 2004 from a research on the universe of small circuses. In this comedy, the Alipio clown and its businesses, the peculiar Umbrella Clown, create various interactions with the audience in their arena numbers, in a subtle dispute for the public's love and attention. Alípio stands out with his circus skills, using juggling, balancing and tamer techniques, always trying to be the owner of the circus, the owner of the world. Sombrinha, his assistant, wants more than just being a businesses and seeks to draw attention to itself.
