The show Clown Houses, from Merlin Puppet Theater (Greece), takes place inside a building - which contains five apartments and six main characters. Tragicomic personalities leading miserable lives who are not afraid to lose, but are afraid to live. Through the dark walls of Clown's Houses the loneliness of modern man is shown: houses like prisons, people trapped in their routines and habits, far from their dreams. The 60-minute play features tabletop puppets, manipulation of objects and shadow theater.
