Trained within the course of Performing Arts at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), the Abaporu Theater Group presents the show Clownsified. Presentations take place on Ufsc Theater, inside Open Scene Project - a realization of Cultural Artistic Department at Ufsc (DAC). Synopsis of the show: Life isn't always about smiles, not even when you were born to be a clown. When laughter is lacking, paper money is also missing. What would become of the artist if he were forced to stop making art? How would he get away with having to perform a role that is not his nature? In Clownsificados, the clowns of Grupo Abaporu try to earn a living in other jobs, but their performances are questionable. Four clowns looking for a job find the solution in a newspaper: an audience!
