From the 1st to the 30th of September, Florianópolis receives the 11th edition of the Festival Palco Giratório Sesc - largest performing arts event in the state. Theater, dance, circus, music and urban interventions are part of the programme, which also includes workshops and debates. For this year, there will be a total of 41 shows from 14 Brazilian states.
The structure of the show In Repair is a classic game of old clowns, one that seeks laughter in the mold of comic tradition. Here is one of the biggest challenges of this group's research: to reproduce or recreate the universe already experienced by noble clowns from all over the world, at all times. On stage, a classic trio of orchestral musicians presents an infinity of traditional gags and, taking advantage of an essential score, plays with the audience creating the essence of this scenic toy.Start: 28/09/2014 00:00
