The show EvocationsDirected by Andrea Ojeda (Cia Periplo de Teatro, from Buenos Aires - AR), is a monologue performed by Luiza Lorenz - actress who revives some of the most dear themes to author João da Cruz e Souza: O Emparedado, O Artista, O Excluído, O Louco. On stage, the actress masterfully conveys poetry through her voice and body, in an intimate show, immersed in the soul of Cruz e Sousa - revolutionary and abolitionist poet, exponent of prose and poetry in the country and Santa Catarina.
