From the 1st to the 30th of September, Florianópolis receives the 11th edition of the Festival Palco Giratório Sesc - largest performing arts event in the state. Theater, dance, circus, music and urban interventions are part of the programme, which also includes workshops and debates. For this year, there will be a total of 41 shows from 14 Brazilian states.
The show fly cageDirected by Ana Cristina Colla, tells the story of Zuze, a curious spit salesman who, to save his business, becomes a fly salesman. Meanwhile, his wife, tired of her husband's ideas, is enchanted by an outsider who sells lipsticks. The play is an adaptation of the homonymous short story by the Mozambican writer My Couto and involves the audience in a universe of precariousness and joy, where the characters survive among wreckage and dreams. The cast of Cage de Flies is formed by the actors Eduardo Albergaria, Carolina Laranjeira, Lineu Gabriel, Taina Barreto e Olga Ferrario.Start: 14/09/2014 23:00
