A Cia do Ato will take the stage of Pedro Ivo Theater to present the production of the musical "drop of water", signed by Chico Buarque e Paulo Pontes. There will be two presentations, on the 9th and 10th of September, at 20pm.
In the play, Joana is a mature, suffering woman who lives in a housing project. She falls in love with the sambista Jasão, who rises to success with a song called “Gota d'água”. The almighty of the place is Creon, father of Alma, owner of the houses, very rich, the corrupting power par excellence.
The narrative unfolds in the daily lives of the inhabitants of the housing complex and in their relationships. In the narrative, Joana falls in love with Jason, with whom she has two children. However, she is betrayed when he leaves her to marry Alma. Then Joana causes a terrible tragedy.
