The show The Horla. Theater in Progress, is based on the eponymous short story by Guy de Maupassant, tells the story of Dr. Luís Marrande, a psychiatrist who starts to live with an unsettling situation: during a consultation, a patient thinks he is accompanied by an invisible being that sucks his energy.
The experienced doctor knows that his patient's madness needs treatment, but due to the doubts generated by the patient's reports, Marrande decides to introduce him to the audience, so that they can decide if he is really just a madman or if the possibility of being invisible to exist is concrete.
