The play tells the story of Simba (Gabriel Minervino), son of the great king Mufasa (Fernando de Carli) and queen Sarabi (Gisele Andrade). After losing his father in a trap set by his uncle Scar (Wallace Almeida) and being unfairly accused by him, he decides to flee the Kingdom Lands. Far away, he finds shelter with two other animals also excluded from society, Timão (Johny Fabricio) and Pumbaa (Jessica Zeferino), who help the cub overcome the pain of leaving everything behind. Some time later, upon receiving a visit from Nala (Ana Luisa / Gabi Dutra), his childhood friend, and meeting Rafiki, he needs to decide whether to assume his responsibilities as king or continue with his carefree lifestyle.
