O Abaporu Theater Group presents the show taking from the rest within the project TAC 8 in Point, an action of Catarina Cultural Foundation (FCC). Pegando do Resto explores the unique and universal language of larval masks, with an existentialist theme situated in the universe of Teatro do Absurdo. Synopsis: Nothing to do. Time passes faster when you are distracted. Why not elude the wait? You cannot laugh... merely smile. Instead of black and white, those who have color laugh. Abaporu is a theater group made up of six Florianopolitan artists and was born four years ago within the Performing Arts course at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. They have presented, so far, in addition to Pegando do Resto, the show Clownsified.
