With an unprecedented and original story, inspired by drag culture and LGBTIA+ themes, the show "Glitter - The Musical" will have three sessions between the 24th and 25th of September. Governador Pedro Ivo Theater and tickets are now on sale.
Created by Andre Sens e Jamil Vigano, the musical show features a thrilling crime story performed by a talented cast and interspersed with 13 entirely original songs, as well as incredible choreographic performances.
Everything happens in the Magnolia district, where the babadeira house Purpurina is located, known not only for its incredible drag performances, but also as a great home for minor artists. Among the characters, stand out Perla Purple, famous drag queen and owner of the Purpurina house, Miguel, a student who dreams of living the art of montage, and Sandra, an attendant who fights to conquer a space as a professional model.
With direction Jamil Vigano and production by LAB DAT - Laboratory in Design, Audiovisual and Transmedia of the Federal University of Santa Catarina, the musical will be presented at 20:30 pm on Saturday, the 25th, at 17:30 pm and 20:30 pm on Sunday, the 25th. In the last session there will be interpretation in LIBRAS . Tickets can be purchased on the Sympla website.
