From the 1st to the 30th of September, Florianópolis receives the 11th edition of the Festival Palco Giratório Sesc - largest performing arts event in the state. Theater, dance, circus, music and urban interventions are part of the programme, which also includes workshops and debates. For this year, there will be a total of 41 shows from 14 Brazilian states.
The show breaking the basin. Namakaca Group (São Paulo) is permeated by constant improvisation, inviting the public to venture into an intense and moving experience. In it, Slivinsky goes out of his way to play all the characters in this story, uniting the poetics of theater and the magic of circus skills. Numbers like cleaning the acrobat elephant's butt, brushing the dancing giraffe's teeth and feeding a toothless lion are just some of the adventures that are part of our hero's daily life. However, behind the curtains of the circus, the character transits through various types of circus imagination: juggler, clown and magician. In order not to irritate the brave owner of the circus, and in an attempt to improve his life, Slivinski ventures into the arena to perform an old family performance, the inimitable number of Chechen basins.Start: 05/09/2014 20:00
