A company Republic of Art stage an adaptation of the book Anne's Diary Frank, which reports the experience of two families confined in a secret annex in Holland, to escape Nazi persecution during World War II. The show is called dear kitty, has a duration of 1h30 and is presented in the Pedro Ivo Theater.
To the show's director, Lauchi Martingale, "art is a healing tool for people, and bringing this theme back to today makes it possible for us to develop more empathy for each other".
