The show There's sand in the swimsuit presents the story of four clowns who decide to go to the beach on a beautiful sunny Sunday. The troupe boards a jalopy towards Copacabana and the adventure begins with a flat tire.
On the beach, women do a striptease parading their cute and fun swimsuits. They tell jokes, play racquetball, dance choreographies to the sound of Roberto Carlos, Elza Soares and Rita Pavone, among others. They also face the dangers of the sea, summer rains and of course, sand in the bathing suit.
