With a cast consisting of Alvaro Guarnieri, Elianne Carpes, Lara Matos, Malcon Bauer, Milena Moraes, Rafael Orsi de Melo, Thaís Putti and WMarcão, the dizzying comedy UZDirected by Renato Turnes, with Uruguayan text Gabriel Calderón, portrays the moral ruin of a traditional family triggered by an event shrouded in religious fanaticism. The Brazilian's direction sought to maintain the crazy rhythm of the Uruguayan text's actions, at the same time as it deepened the characters' contradictions, offering a dramatic background that supports the comic game, highlighting the pathetic and grotesque aspects of the fanatics.
