X-Who? chronicling the events after the recent conflicts between humans and mutants, veteran Captain Ruby assumes the position of leader of the Pacifist Alliance when she realizes that another war is approaching. Amidst the chaos caused by the Rebel League, thirsty for control of the nation's districts, the Captain recruits a group of young fledglings with peculiar powers to train them to assemble her new team. In this parody musicl, the heroes discover the sweetness of first love, the challenges of first mission, the desperation of first aid, and the fearsome battle against evil.
