With its exhibitions taking place weekly, the Opera on Screen Show promoted and carried out by Paradigm Cine Arte Shows in the cinema great operas that marked the history of world classical music. The work chosen this time is Don Pasquale, an opera buffa divided into three acts and with a libretto written by Giovanni Ruffini. Staged for the first time in 1840, at the National Opera in Paris, France, the opera is considered one of the exponents of the genre. Lasting 2h5, Don Pasquale has as its team: the conductor, Riccardo Chailly, the director Davide Livermore, the costume designer Gianluca Falaschi and the music masterfully performed by the orchestra and choir of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
