Arrives in early September for a single performance on the 12th in Florianópolis, Mariana mihai, Romanian-American soprano, who resides in New York and is a worldwide success. The show "Ensemble New York” was created especially for the occasion. The program includes works by Chopin, Puccini, Franz Lehar, Gershwin, Lloyd Weber, Ennio Morricone, Jaime Ovalle Vicente Paiva and Jaime Redondo, Pedro Miguel Marquéz, Marcos Portugal and the most renowned Romanian composers. Mariana will be accompanied by the American clarinetist Garrick Zoeter, owner of “an absolutely commanding performance, technically superb and radiant with supernatural majesty, all with exceptional vision,” according to The Washington Post. Together on stage, the trio is completed with the award-winning pianist from Santa Catarina Guilherme Amaral, Master in Music by UDESC.
