O Jurerê Jazz is pleased to present the disco show Song For Maura, winning record Grammy 2014 in category best Latin jazz record. The show is part of the saxophonist and clarinetist's Latin tour Paquito D'Riviera, with a single presentation in Florianópolis.
Paquito was a child prodigy, and at the age of five he began his studies with his father, a well-known Cuban saxophonist and conductor. D'Rivera was already playing with the Cuban National Symphony Orchestra as a young man and already endorsed the famous and traditional saxophone maker selmer company, at the age of seven.
