O Paradigm Cine Arte, shows from this Thursday (9) the third and last week of 12th edition of the Varilux French Film Festival. Comprising two classics and 16 never-before-seen feature films, among award-winning and international festival participants, the program features the most varied genres, such as drama, romance, comedy, animation and documentary. Films from the Varilux Festival are on display until December 15th, with four daily sessions.
At the Festival, award-winning works and participants from festivals such as Cannes, Toronto, Venice and San Sebastian are being shown.
In addition to the unreleased films of the festival, the feature film “A Mão de Deus”, by Paolo Sorrentino, a Netflix production, which will have two preview sessions, this Thursday, at 21:40 pm, and on Saturday, at 11 am. There will also be an extra session of “The French Chronicle”, directed by Wes Anderson, on Saturday at 21:30 pm. Both films will have daily screenings starting December 16, alongside other unreleased titles.
