The penultimate stage of wind rose, project of Catarina Theater Federation (Fecate), it is a series of four meetings between artists from the Santa Catarina theater that passes through the entire state. This week Florianópolis is the host. Rosa dos Ventos is a project of articulation, mapping, recording and memory of Santa Catarina theater and marks an effort to strengthen the state's theatrical production. Theater groups, collectives, independent artists and production companies based in Santa Catarina, have their works registered. The meetings are produced by collectives of artists from each region who work voluntarily, as well as the structural coordination of the project by Fecate, for the realization of Rosa dos Ventos. The meeting promotes the circulation of works produced in other regions and presentations by local artists, but the focus of the program is on exchange, training exchanges, discussions on cultural policies and ways of survival of the theater in Santa Catarina today.
