Seo Maneca is a traditional resident of the Barra da Lagoa community, descendant of the first Azorean settlers. Always relaxed and communicative, this retired fisherman likes to go for walks and tell his “stories”.
In the show, the character leaves his house in Barra da Lagoa to go to the theater.
