Thursday, May 28th, the trio Skrotes get on the stage of Dona Bilica's Circus to present compositions from their new album Nessun Dorma, released in January 2014, in addition to the new songs that came after the album was recorded.
However, they are far from being a conventional instrumental trio. Without labels and rules, the Skrotes move through all the styles that make up the musicality of the members Chico Abreu, Igor De Patta e William Ledoux.
To complete the night, there's a special participation of the band Soonanda. In constant development, based on musical experimentation, the group fuses West African rhythms with contemporary Brazilian and world music, seeking to expand creativity and undo the limits between body, instrument and sound.
