A Persona Theater Company is back at Teatro Camarim, with a series of shows.
"It's Hard to Find a Good Man", on May 28 and June 04, at 20 pm. The show is based on the short story by American writer Flannery O'Connor. In her work, humour, violence, the presence of divine grace and exceptionally tragicomic situations mix to reveal the complexities of human behavior and, above all, men's quest for redemption.
"Paradise, SC", on June 11th and 18th at 20pm. The adult show tells the story of a simple family, from the countryside of SC, which is affected by violent episodes and that seeks its strength in love. The show is speechless and all staged from the soundtrack.
"The Little Witch Arlete", on Sundays, from May 29 to July 3, always at 15 pm. The show is aimed at children, based on the universe of writer Franklin Cascaes, who uses the languages of theater and medieval music. For all ages , the show has original songs composed especially for the show.
"A Fool in a Box", on June 25 and July 2, at 20 pm. The play tells the story of a society divided in the year 2347: the Notables (owners of knowledge), the Great (scientists and aspiring Notables) and the Small ( without knowledge.) The appearance of a mysterious box in the house of a Notable begins the plot, explaining the power game, the comedy and also the personal drama of each character.The text is by the Argentine playwright Martin Giner.
