The mullet season has arrived and, with that, the hotel restaurants in Praia dos Ingleses (North Coast, Porto do Sol, Slavieiro and Oceania) are promoting the 1st Tainha Circuit, which starts on June 1st and continues until July 31st, with the most varied dishes prepared based on the famous fish from southern Brazil. In this first edition, each hotel will offer a different dish of mullet and will be served in the hotels' restaurants, which are open to the public, for lunch and dinner. the menu of Canto do Mar restaurant (Hotel Costa Norte Ingleses) will have Mullet the North Coast (Grilled mullet fillet in béchamel sauce with shrimp and mushrooms. The dish comes with banana farofa, white rice and sautéed potatoes).
