The workshop, given by the Social Communication supervisor of Companhia do Metrô de São Paulo, André Mazucatto, aim to present and discuss concepts, techniques and tools for the search for effectiveness in the realization, in addition to knowing how to identify and coordinate the different functions that make up an event.
