A Family Constellation is a recent psychotherapeutic method, with a phenomenological systemic approach, with a philosophical background, developed by the German philosopher and psychotherapist bert hellinger. In it, Bert proposes a reorganization of the environment - whether family, professional, private - that involves the subject who goes through delicate issues, such as depression, addictions and other inherent problems. The patient presents a work topic and then the therapist asks for factual information about the lives of their family members, such as early deaths, suicides, murders, serious illness, previous marriages, number of children or siblings.
