Everything you need to know about Yoga in a single workshop. You will be able to learn: a way to learn about Yoga in a deep way in an easy to understand language. The workshop is led by a coordinator with 40 years of experience, two trips to India and four books written on the subject. Participation includes the book "Old Yoga for Beginners", in addition to 6 practical classes in the DeRose Floripa Method, subject to the number of places available for the guest (only 10 places).
