The event proposes a 24-hour immersion in the business world, guided by big names in the Brazilian market, who collect international success stories. In the first edition, the conference has already innovated by offering programming in the morning, afternoon, night and dawn shifts. In 2015 there is another difference: the meeting will be held in the movie theaters of Shopping Iguatemi in Florianópolis. There will be more than 20 speakers, gathered around 10 central themes, in four simultaneous arenas with workshops, lectures and multi-sector consulting. During the 24 hours, courses, lectures and talk shows are planned with personalities of national and Santa Catarina entrepreneurship. Among them, Marcos Scaldelai, president of Bombril, Ricardo Guerra, marketing director of Giraffas, José Mário Caprioli, president of the airline Azul and Cláudia Bär, director of Fab Lab Floripa.
