The workshop, led by Professor Ana Alonso, promotes an introduction of the expressive techniques of Contact Improvisation through the experimentation of contact with the floor, weight, space inside and outside, alignment, balance, body awareness, among others. It also aims at the relationship with the other, communication and creation.
Through displacements of different types, games of balance and imbalance, a flow between physicality and creativity is entered, developing in the practitioner a state of presence;
