Building mandalas is a way to discover, work and align our inner universe in a creative way, considered a highly therapeutic activity that helps to gather scattered energies and balance our interior. The workshop is divided into two modules: the first being dynamics, meditation, construction and drawing and the second being Olhos de Deus and wire mandalas.
