The workshop The Art of Conquering Self Esteem seeks to improve personal and interpersonal relationships, identifying and properly dealing with changes in beliefs and being able to communicate with more efficiency and self-control. In addition, the participant will be able to develop greater flexibility and focus on building their self-esteem, in their personal life and also in other areas of activity, through self-control exercises.
