No Wine & Cheese Pairing Workshop, in a relaxed and interactive way, a journey through the flavors of the wine and cheese combination is made. If you are taught, with a little theory and a lot of practice, about the harmonization of these two culinary elements, you will have some good surprises. Different types of cheeses and wine styles are tasted to assess the combination and arrive at the perfect pairing. The event is organized and led by the sommelière Marcia Amaral and it has included in its price: tasting of 5 types of cheeses and 4 wines and a surprise, accompanied by nuts and fresh and dried fruits.
