Created for employees of lodging facilities in Greater Florianópolis and for those interested in working with tourism, hospitality or customer service, the workshop aims to present techniques such as behavior, visual code and the use of voice to improve personal marketing. The activities also include self-makeup techniques. The classes are taught by teachers Carla Vieira Lopes and Ivana Caracas, in addition to speech therapist Alice Constante.
