Born in Rio de Janeiro, Fernando Guimarães is an astrologer, translator and teacher; Graduated in Letters from USP, he began his studies in Astrology in 1982 in SP, at Escolas Régulos and Astrocenter. He was Research Director at NCGR-National Council for Geocosmic Research, Boston from 1995 to 2008. He was coordinator of AFAN (Association for Astrological Networking). He participated in events in the USA, SP and RJ as well as a lecturer. He currently researches, writes, teaches and gives consultancy and workshops in various regions of Brazil and online. He resides in Campinas. Solar Fire is a software aimed at the astrology area and has several features, with the ability to present functional graphs that include lunar phases, solar maps and allows the creation of dynamic functional reports.
