Divided into two moments, one focused on theories and concepts, and the other on a lot of hands-on, the workshop proposes to talk a little about the concepts of user experience design, usability, interaction design, information architecture, research methods, in addition to presenting a series of successful cases. Turning to the practical part, the workshop puts participants to learn the research process from the beginning, with activities to create a research plan and apply different methods. Taught by the designers Priscilla Albuquerque and Julia Ghisi.
