Synopsis: The documentary discusses forests and how they are important for Brazil's water resources. Through interviews with ruralists, environmentalists, scientists and farmers, the documentary recalls the vote in Congress on the New Forest Code and questions its impact with differing opinions. In addition to questioning the changes in legislation responsible for deciding what should be preserved and what can be deforested on rural properties in Brazil.
