Synopsis: Julius Caesar, the Roman Emperor, always wanted to defeat the unyielding Gauls, but he never succeeded in his plans of conquest. Until, one day, he decides to change his strategy. Instead of attacking them, he goes on to offer the Gauls the pleasures of civilization. In this way, Julius Caesar orders the construction of the Domain of the Gods around the Gallic village to impress them, and thus convince them to join the Roman empire. But the duo Asterix and Obelix are not at all willing to cooperate with Caesar's plans.
