Synopsis: Young Aya lives in Yopougon, a poor community near Abidjan, the richest city in Ivory Coast, and wants to study medicine. She and her friends like to have fun and dance. They dream of love and a lot of wealth. As in many small places, in Yopougon news travels quickly, sometimes leading to conflict. The design preciously reproduces the geography, customs and local life. It reveals aspects of the social and family relationships of a people that greatly influenced Brazilian culture.
