Synopsis: The Blue Building Detectives are faced with the biggest case of their lives: saving the building itself from destruction. Pippo, Sol and Bento infiltrate the party of Dona Leocádia, the terrible landlady who is, literally, a witch. There they witness a "magical" crime, which condemns the Blue Building to an emergency demolition. To top it off, the only witness - Vó Berta's talking painting - disappears, and Dona Leocádia is bewitched to be nice. To solve this case, the detectives will count on the help of the doorman Severino, who lends his brand new blue van to be the headquarters for the investigation. The adventure is complete when Tom, Mila and Capim., founders of the original club, are brought back to Rio de Janeiro to help with the case.
