Synopsis: In a Chilean village in the midst of a dictatorship, Milo and Esnal are two disaffected and creative friends who decide to rebel against the strict rules established by the new local colonel by kidnapping their most precious asset: a collection of garden dwarfs. The action is not executed perfectly and Milo ends up kidnapped by the military, which leads his family to the downfall and Esnal to become a recluse. Reanimated by his friend's daughters, however, he leaves the solitude of his little room with a fetched plan.
